Which version of Fresh Projects am I using?
00:23: To start, select "Settings" from the main menu.

00:34: you will see the columns labelled according to the naming convention set up in your

01:49: in the loop when a project hits a certain stage.
01:53: In the Mandatory Information tab, you can define which details are specifically
01:57: required at different stages of the pipeline.

02:02: you might require the client's name by the time a lead reaches the Engaged stage,
02:07: while billing details may only become necessary at a later stage,

02:13: If your company uses tracking categories,
02:15: you can enforce specific ones at different points in the pipeline.
02:20: For instance, you might require the assignment of a particular category when a lead
02:24: reaches a specific stage.

02:29: you can enforce the completion of specific metadata fields,

02:42: In the Freeforms tab, you can specify when certain freeforms need to be completed within the

02:49: you might need a freeform filled out when a lead hits a certain stage.

02:59: select one of your preconfigured Freeform templates.
03:04: You can select which specific stage the freeform is required to start from.
