Which version of Fresh Projects am I using?

00:00: Once a freeform has been assigned to a project, it can be utilized to monitor steps and

00:04: criteria.

00:07: Let’s examine an example where we use a freeform to determine if a project opportunity

00:11: merits the investment of time.

00:16: First, open your project and click on the three dots.

00:20: From here,

00:21: select "Project Freeforms" from the drop-down list.

00:26: The previously assigned,

00:27: blank freeform will appear for the project.

00:31: If you are told that for this potential project, competition is at a medium level.

00:37: Then,

00:37: from the drop-down list for Level of Competition,

00:40: select "Medium".

00:43: If after reading the specifications for the potential project,

00:46: you feel that the type of work to be done would be well suited to your company.

00:50: Then,

00:51: from the drop-down list for Matches Our Expertise,

00:54: select "Yes".

00:57: Next to Score, the number 8 will appear highlighted in green.

01:01: The number is the sum of the individual scores of the items in the freeform. 3

01:06: for "Competition" and 5 for "Matches Our Expertise".

01:11: The colour green indicates that the score is higher than the minimum score

01:15: specified.

01:16: Thus the project opportunity is said to be cleared and worth placing a bid on.

01:22: To finalise the freeform,

01:24: select "Save".

01:27: You have now successfully reviewed a freeform that

01:29: was utilized to determine if a project opportunity merits a time investment.
