00:00: This article outlines the process for importing budgets directly from the Project

00:04: Planner into your budget and fee tab within your project dashboard.

00:09: Begin by planning your resources in the Project Planner and ensure to save your

00:16: Next, go to the project where you have allocated resources,

00:19: and then select the "Budget and Fee" tab.

00:23: An orange indicator will appear to signify that the planning in the project planner

00:27: does not align with the current project budget.

00:31: Open the budget editing options and select the "update budget with recent external

00:36: changes" feature.

00:39: Then,

00:39: select "Import Budgets" to initiate the process of importing the planned resources into

00:44: the project budget.

00:47: In the new pop-up,

00:48: you can view your original budget alongside the changes imported from the project

00:54: Select "future planned" to proceed with making the changes.
