Which version of Fresh Projects am I using?
00:00: This guide will help you navigate and configure Fee backlog data.
00:04: Fresh Project's Fee Backlog helps you identify any unbilled fees across all projects,
00:09: ensuring that project finances are handled in time
00:12: so nothing slips through the cracks.
00:16: Let's begin by selecting "Insight" in the main menu.
00:20: Next, scroll down to select the "Fee Backlog" option under the "Fees & Invoicing"
00:25: section.
00:27: You can now use the filters provided to configure the data
00:30: you would like to see populated,
00:32: such as the sub-projects or status,
00:35: as well as projects worked on by specific project managers.
00:40: After configuring the filters,
00:41: you can go ahead and click the "Load" button.
00:45: The report will then be generated, reflecting the Project and Sub Project in the
00:50: first two columns.
00:53: After loading,
00:54: you will notice a new "Columns" drop-down selection.
00:57: This menu can be used to select any additional columns of information you want to
01:01: see in your report.
01:04: Focusing back on the report, the Fee column displays the total agreed upon fee for
01:09: that sub-project.
01:11: The Invoiced column indicates the total amount that the client has been invoiced for.
01:18: Finally, the last column in this report shows what amount of the total agreed upon
01:23: Fee has not yet been billed to the client, in other words,
01:26: the Unbilled Fee.
01:29: This report can also be downloaded as a spreadsheet by clicking on the downward
01:33: facing arrow button.
