Fresh Projects

00:00: This report provides a view of the finances of the project at a top level,

00:04: allowing you to see the Income and Costs incurred on projects within a specific time

00:08: frame,

00:09: as well as the resulting Profit.

00:13: Start by navigating to the Insight Page.

00:17: Then click "Project Actuals"

00:20: Set the Date Range you're interested in as well as the remaining filters as needed

00:26: Then, specify the Project Status of projects you would like to report on.

00:32: Click "Load" to load your report.

00:35: The Project Actuals report will then appear,

00:38: allowing you to see the required data per project.

00:42: Using the bar at the bottom,

00:44: you can scroll to the right until the Income,

00:47: Costs and Profit sections become visible.

00:51: Both sections reflect an Opening balance.

00:54: Within the Income section,

00:56: this is the value of the income incurred at the start of the selected Date Range.

01:01: Similarly, within the Costs sections,

01:04: this is the value of all amounted costs at the beginning of the specified Start

01:08: Date.

01:10: The Invoiced column under the Income,

01:12: reflects the total invoiced amount for the selected period.

01:17: The Time and Expenses columns under the Costs reflect the value of costs incurred,

01:22: owing to approved time and expenses respectively.

01:26: The Closing balance relays the resulting value of Income and Costs after considering

01:31: the Opening balances,

01:32: as well as the respective income and costs incurred within the selected time frame.

01:39: Scrolling even further to the right, you will see a Profit section. 

01:44: The Profit is broken down to reflect the profit made for the selected Period, as

01:48: well as the Profit made on the Job To Date.

01:53: This information can be extracted as a report by clicking the downward facing arrow

01:57: in the top right corner of the screen.

02:01: You now have successfully viewed your Project Actuals Report.
