This help article applies to users on Fresh Projects Version 2. 
Which version of Fresh Projects am I using? 


00:00: In Fresh Projects you can create multiple levels within the same project to manage

00:04: and group subcategories such as multiple sites, areas of work or disciplines

00:09: — all under one job number.

00:12: Lets first look at how to enable groups for your account...

00:17: Navigate to Settings

00:20: Then click "Company Settings"

00:23: Click "Enabled" to activate the Groups for your account.

00:27: Click "Any" if you want to allow custom groups to be created for each project.

00:33: Click "Limited List" if you prefer to define a list of Group Names that can be used.

00:39: If you choose a limited list of groups,

00:41: you will need to now input these group options.

00:45: Click "Save" to apply and save the new group settings you have configured.

00:50: Now let's look at how to add Groups to your Project...

00:54: Navigate to your Project and click on the Three Dots

00:59: Click "Project Structure".

01:02: Click on the Groups Checkbox.

01:06: You can now name your groups and add additional groups to your Project Structure.

01:11: To add additional groups to your structure,

01:13: click on the "Add Group" dropdown,

01:15: and select a new group from your list.

01:19: Click "Save" to apply and save changes made to your Project.

01:24: Once a group has been added you can then choose to calculate your fee at a

01:28: Group Level.

01:30: Within your Project's Budget & Fee page click "Settings".

01:35: Click Calculate Fee at Group Level.

01:38: Click "Done" to confirm and finalise your settings changes.

01:43: Within the Project Dashboard,

01:45: you can now filter your project to view profitability for a specific group.

01:51: You can now successfully create project groups,

01:53: and navigate the dashboard to view profitability for a specific group.
