Which version of Fresh Projects am I using?
00:00: The CRM Pipeline tool helps you manage new business from start to finish.
00:05: Here you can track your leads and opportunities as they progress through each stage
00:09: of the pipeline – from initial prospect all the way to an active project.
00:14: Let's start with how to activate the pipeline and how to customize your pipeline

00:21: Navigate to Settings in the Main Menu.

00:25: click "Company Settings"
00:28: Click Pipeline to open the Pipeline settings.
00:32: Then, click "Enabled" to activate the pipeline tool for your account.
00:38: You can then proceed with customizing your owner and salesperson terminology.
00:44: You can then set your probability weighting options.
00:49: To rename a stage,
00:50: simply click on the stage name and type the new one.
00:55: Probability settings can also be set for each stage.
01:00: You can then add additional Lead and Opportunity stages by clicking "Add Stage".

01:07: you can configure your Loss Reasons for when a lead is marked as Lost.

01:13: click "Save" to save all Pipeline settings.
01:19: Let's take a look at how to use the Pipeline...
01:23: Click Projects in the Main Menu
01:26: Then, click "Pipeline".
01:30: The Pipeline tool allows you to track your leads and opportunities as they progress
01:34: through each stage.
01:36: Your Pipeline view will be displayed according to the settings
01:38: you previously configured within the Company Pipeline settings.
01:44: To add a new lead to the pipeline,
01:46: start by clicking "New Lead"
01:49: Here you can populate any general information and client information relating to
01:53: this lead.
01:56: Then,
01:57: click "Save".
01:59: Your new lead will now appear on your pipeline.
02:04: You can now drag and drop this lead from left to right, as it moves through the sales
02:08: and quoting process.
02:12: You can log further discussion and interaction with the client to keep a record.
02:18: To begin adding a new interaction record,
02:20: click "Add Record".
02:23: You can then add your record description,
02:26: as well as the client contact, before clicking "Add".
02:30: You can already set any classifications for your lead,
02:33: such as the project manager or relevant tracking categories.
02:39: Lastly, you can then set yourself or your team follow up tasks.
02:45: Let's take a look at how to report on your leads and opportunities...
02:50: On the Timeline tab,
02:52: you can view potential fees and durations of projects.
02:56: Using the Grid View,
02:58: you can see an overview of all leads and follow-up tasks.
03:02: Click the "Show" dropdown to refine what criteria you would like to see on your grid view.
