00:00: Fresh Projects allows you to calculate the project or sub-project fee using a

00:04: percentage of the construction value calculator.

00:08: Begin by opening the project and navigating to the Budget and Fee section.

00:14: Click "Settings" to access the configuration options for your project.

00:19: Click "Sub-Project" to calculate your Fee at a Sub-Project Level.

00:23: Or click "Project" to calculate your fee at a Project Level.

00:28: Click "Done" to confirm your sub-project selection and proceed with the configuration.

00:34: Now,

00:35: click anywhere that has a pencil icon beneath the Fee column.

00:39: This will either be the total fee value directly beneath the Fee column,

00:43: or the fee value for a specific sub-project,

00:46: depending on whether you want to calculate the fee at a project level or sub-project

00:50: level.

00:52: In the Fee Calculation pop-up window,

00:55: set the Calculator to % Construction Value.

00:59: If you know what the cost of construction is,

01:02: you can simply set the Construction Value to Lump Sum.

01:06: Then enter the Construction value along with theFee Percentage before clicking Done.

01:10: done.

01:12: If you are uncertain of the construction cost,

01:15: you can first calculate it using a specified measurement unit.

01:19: In this case,

01:20: you can set the Construction Value to Calculated.

01:25: Proceed with entering the value, unit dimension and the cost.

01:30: For example, the square area of the construction along with the the cost of building

01:35: per square meter.

01:36: Thereafter,

01:37: you can specify the Fee Percentage.

01:41: Click "Done" to save the Fee.

01:44: Once back in the Budget and Fee section,

01:46: you will be able to see the fee you just calculated.

01:50: If you are calculating the fee on a sub-project level,

01:53: you can go ahead and enter the fee based on the percentage construction value for

01:57: any other sub-projects as needed.

02:01: Click "Save" to save all changes to your Fee.

02:05: You have now successfully configured the fee using the % of Construction Value
