This help article applies to users on Fresh Projects Version 2. 
Which version of Fresh Projects am I using? 


00:00: The Project fee can be calculated according to a selected Fee Calculator for the

00:04: whole project,

00:05: and then split amongst the sub projects according to either a percentage or a value.

00:10: Lets have a look at how to set it up

00:14: Begin by opening the project and navigating to the Budget & Fee section.

00:19: Then, click on the pencil icon in the Fee column.

00:24: In the Calculation tab,

00:25: select a Fee Calculator.

00:29: Depending on the selected Calculator,

00:31: you will either need to enter some additional values before reaching the final Fee

00:35: Value,

00:36: or you will be able to enter it directly.

00:39: Now, open the Fee Split tab.

00:42: Click "%" to split the fee by percentage.

00:46: Then enter the percentage weighting for each stage in the % of Fee column before

00:51: clicking Done.

00:53: To split the total fee amongst the sub projects according to monetary values,

00:57: set the Split Mode to Value.

01:01: Now you can enter the value amounts for the relative sub

01:05: projects. Then click Done.

01:08: To split the total fee amongst the project sub projects in proportion to

01:12: the previously assigned cost,

01:14: click split by cost.

01:16: Then click Done.

01:20: Now in the Budget & Fee

01:22: section, the established fee along with the respective split amongst the sub projects

01:26: will be visible.

01:28: Remember to Save your changes before exiting

01:32: You have now successfully configured the project Level Fee.
