This help article applies to users on Fresh Projects Version 2. 
Which version of Fresh Projects am I using? 


00:00: The time spent on endeavors which cannot be assigned to a potential or active

00:04: project is classified as Non-Project Time.

00:07: Let's take a look at how to set up a new Non-Project Time Group.

00:12: Click on Settings in the Main Menu.

00:15: Click Non-Project Time

00:18: To start creating a new non-project time group, click "New Group"

00:23: In the pop-up window that appears,

00:25: enter the Group Name.

00:28: If applicable,

00:29: add the relevant Group Code.

00:34: Then, click "New Sub Group" to add a sub group under the current group.

00:40: Proceed with entering a name for the sub group.

00:44: To set a Custom Approver for this non-project time group,

00:47: click the drop down to select a name.

00:51: Then,

00:52: click on the drop-down list under Special.

00:55: Here you can indicate whether this sub group should be considered as Leave,

00:59: a Public Holiday or neither.

01:03: Click on the three dots to access additional sub group settings.

01:08: Click "Block from timesheets and expenses" to prevent time and expense capture.

01:13: Click "Notes Mandatory" to force mandatory notes for timesheet entries.

01:19: Click "Attachment Mandatory" to force attachments for entries in this group.

01:24: To add any additional sub

01:27: groups, simply click New Sub Group.

01:30: Click "Save overhead" to save all the changes made to the non-project time groups and

01:34: subgroups.

01:37: You have now successfully created a new non-project time group.
