The project classification page allows you to set the details of the project such as the client details, project location, status, project manager and any other tracking categories you have set.
Project Classification:
1. To access the classification page, open the project and click on Classification:
2. Set the Reporting Client and the Billing Client and relevant contact person:
3. Next you can include the Billing Rates, Location and Construction value of the project:
4. Then you can add the Project Status, Probability and the Project Manager (person responsible for approving time and expenses on this project):
5. Finally you can complete any Tracking Categories which can be customised for your account.
Detailed Classification:
6. To set any of these fields at a Sub Project or Group Level click on Classification > Settings:
7. You can now set these from Project Wide to Detailed:
8. From here you can choose which of the fields you would like to assign by Sub Project or Group:
9. Once this is set you will now see that the Classification page has two tabs. One for classifications that are Project Wide and a second for the Detailed Classifications that you want to set at a Sub Project or Group Level:
10. You can now assign the classification by Sub Project or by group based on the settings in Step 8.
