00:00: This article explains how to configure your filing health thresholds within Fresh
00:04: Memory.
00:06: These thresholds decide what a reasonable unfiled volume looks like for your firm,
00:11: so the statuses on your filing leaderboard reflect the way your team actually works
00:15: rather than flagging everyone or no one.
00:19: To start, select "Company Setup" in the left hand menu.
00:24: "Company Setup" opens on "Employees",
00:26: so you can move along the tab row to reach "Filing Health".
00:31: It is worth noting that this tab is a different thing from the "Filing Health" item
00:35: in the left hand menu.
00:37: The tab is where you set your thresholds,
00:39: and the menu item is where you see the results of them.
00:44: "Max unfiled to count as on-track" sets the point at which someone is still shown as keeping up.
00:48: keeping up.
00:50: Anyone sitting at this number of unfiled emails or fewer will carry the green badge.
00:56: There is no universally right figure here,
00:59: so a firm with high email volumes will usually want a more generous number than a
01:03: smaller practice.
01:06: You will see that you are able to adjust the figure using the arrows beside the
01:09: field.
01:11: Typing directly into the field works just as well,
01:15: so whichever you find quicker is fine.
01:19: "Unfiled to flip to needs-help" sets the point at which someone is flagged as needing support.
01:23: support.
01:25: Setting this too low tends to flag most of your team, which makes the dashboard
01:29: harder to act on,
01:31: so it helps to start with a figure that feels comfortably high and tighten it later.
01:37: Select "Save" to apply your thresholds.
01:41: A short confirmation appears to let you know your thresholds have been updated.
01:46: Next, select "Filing Health" to return to the main filing health overview page to
01:51: preview the changes you have applied.
01:55: Select "By person".
01:58: Your thresholds are worked out for each individual rather than for the firm as a
02:02: whole,
02:02: so this is the view where they take effect.
02:06: The "Status" column on the leaderboard now reflects your new figures.
02:11: It is worth coming back to this after a few weeks,
02:14: once you have a better sense of what a normal unfiled volume looks like for your
02:18: firm,
02:19: and adjusting the thresholds so the flags stay meaningful.
02:24: You have now learned how to set your filing health thresholds and check the result
02:28: within the Fresh Memory Admin portal.
