00:00: The Fresh Memory add-in puts filing and search directly inside Outlook.
00:05: Once it is installed,
00:07: a panel opens alongside your email showing the project or overhead Fresh Memory
00:11: suggests,
00:12: so you can file in a click without leaving your inbox.
00:17: There are three parts to getting set up: adding the add-in,
00:20: pinning the panel so it stays open,
00:22: and linking your mailbox.
00:26: Pinning is done twice, once while reading email and once while composing,
00:30: because Outlook treats those as separate views.
00:34: You will need your Fresh Memory sign in details, which come from the invite your
00:38: administrator sends you.
00:41: To start, open an email in Outlook, then select "More apps" in the ribbon.
00:47: Outlook only shows the add-in options once an email is open.
00:52: Then select "Add apps" at the bottom of the list.
00:56: This opens the Outlook app store.
01:00: Next, type "Fresh Memory" into the search box.
01:05: Then select the "Fresh Memory" card by "Fresh Projects UK".
01:10: You can check the publisher name to be sure you have the right one.
01:15: Once you have opened the app details, select "Add".

01:25: This confirms the add-in is installed and ready to use.
01:30: Then select the mail icon on the left to return to your inbox.
01:35: The add-in will now be available from your ribbon.

01:44: Fresh Memory now appears in the list alongside your other add-ins.
01:49: Then select "Fresh Memory".
01:53: Next, select the pin icon at the top of the panel.
01:57: Pinning keeps the panel open as you move from one email to the next,

02:04: You can then go ahead and select "New mail".
02:08: The panel needs pinning separately for composing.
02:13: Then select "Apps" in the compose ribbon and open "Fresh Memory".
02:18: Next, select the pin icon at the top of the panel.
02:23: Once the panel is pinned, enter the email address and password you use for Fresh

02:28: then select "Sign in".
02:30: If you do not have your sign in yet, please contact your administrator.
02:35: Then select "Link mailbox".

02:40: select the Microsoft 365 account you want to link.
02:45: This should be the mailbox you use for project correspondence.

02:51: you are returned to Outlook with the panel connected.
02:55: Fresh Memory then begins suggesting where each email belongs,
