You'll occasionally see Fresh Memory suggest the wrong project or give the wrong suggestion confidence for an email. 
When that happens, the fastest way to help us fix it is to report it — it takes seconds and goes straight to the team improving the model.

Here's how:
  1. From your Outlook Fresh Memory Add-In panel.
  2. Click the ⋯ menu on the email → Report email
  3. Choose Inaccurate suggestions
  4. In the notes field, tell us the correct project (or that no project fits)
  5. Submit



That's it — the email and the AI's original suggestion are captured automatically, so all we need from you is the correction.


The more specific the note, the more useful it is. "Should be Marketing, not Wall Street Development" is exactly the kind of detail that helps us improve accuracy fastest.
