Fresh Projects allows for a seamless integration with Xero, allowing you to post recorded invoices and expenses from Fresh Projects to Xero.
Linking your Fresh Projects account to your Xero profile can be done as follows:
- Go to the settings cog>Company Settings.
- Navigate to the Financials tab.
- Next to Account Integration, select Enabled.
- Next to Connections, you will be asked to choose whether you have a single, or multiple companies in Xero. If the latter applies, you will be able to use your specific classification categories to link to different Xero accounts, please contact support@freshprojects.co.uk if this is the case. Otherwise Select Single Connection.
- Then click Connect to Xero.
- Enter your credentials in the pop up to Login to Xero:
- Allow Access to Fresh Projects.
- You will then need to link the Revenue Types to a specific revenue account in Xero, this list will differ per user based on the accounts you have set up in Xero.
- Repeat this step for Lump Sum Fee, Time Based Fee and disbursements.
- Now that you have successfully linked your Xero account to you Fresh Projects profile, click Save before exiting the Company Settings.
