Fresh Projects allows for a seamless integration with Sage Business Cloud Accounting, allowing you to post recorded invoices and expenses from Fresh Projects to Sage.

Linking your Fresh Projects account to your Sage profile can be done as follows:

  1. Go to the settings cog>Company Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Financials tab.
  3. Next to Account Integration, select Enabled
  4. Next to Connections, you will be asked to choose whether you have a single, or multiple companies in Sage. If the latter applies, you will be able to use your specific classification categories to link to different Sage accounts, please contact support@freshprojects.co.uk if this is the case. Otherwise Select Single Connection. 

  5. Then click Connect to Xero, Quickbooks or Sage. 
  6. Select Sage Business Cloud Accounting in the pop up. 
  7. Then Select Country and SAVE and then Authorise
  8. Enter your credentials to Login to Sage
  9.  Then Select your business ID and SAVE. 
  10. Once you see the note that you are "Connected", then navigate back to Fresh Projects using the Back Arrow. 
  11. You will then need to link the Revenue Types to a specific revenue account in Sage, repeat this step for Lump Sum Fee, Time Based Fee, Disbursements and Task Based Fees


  12. Now that you have successfully linked your Sage account to you Fresh Projects profile, click Save before exiting the Company Settings.
