Fresh Projects allows for a seamless integration with Quickbooks, allowing you to post recorded invoices and expenses from Fresh Projects to Quickbooks.


Linking your Fresh Projects account to your Quickbooks profile can be done as follows:

  1. Go to the settings cog>Company Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Financials tab.


  3. Next to Account Integration, select Enabled
  4. Next to Connections, you will be asked to choose whether you have a single, or multiple companies in Quickbooks. If the latter applies, you will be able to use your specific classification categories to link to different Quickbooks accounts, please contact support@freshprojects.co.uk if this is the case. Otherwise Select Single Connection. 

  5. Then click Connect to Quickbooks. 
  6. Select Quickbooks in the pop up. 
  7. Then Connect to Quickbooks
  8. Enter your credentials to Login to quickbooks 

  9. Once you see the note that you are "Connected", then navigate back to Fresh Projects using the Back Arrow. 
  10. You will then need to link the Revenue Types to a specific revenue account in Quickbooks. 
  11. Repeat this step for Lump Sum Fee, Time Based Fee, Disbursements and Task Based Fees

  12. Now that you have successfully linked your Quickbooks account to you Fresh Projects profile, click Save before exiting the Company Settings.
