Fresh Project's Fee Backlog helps you identify any unbilled fees across all projects, ensuring that project finances are handled in time and that nothing slips though the cracks.


This report can easily be accessed like so:


  1. Let's begin by going to Insight in the main menu and opening the Fee Backlog under the Fees & Invoicing section.

  2. Set any required Filters such as the Project Stage and click Load.

  3. The report will then be generated, reflecting the Project and Sub Project in the first two columns.

  4. You can edit the additional columns on the report by opening the drop-down list beneath Columns and selecting from the available options.

  5. Focusing back on the report, the Fee column displays the total agreed upon fee for that stage of the project.

  6. The Invoiced column indicates the total amount that the client has been invoiced for.
  7. Finally, the last column in this report shows what amount of the total agreed upon Fee has not yet been billed to the client, i.e. the Unbilled Fee.

  8. This report can be exported as a spreadsheet by clicking the downward facing arrow to download it.
