If you are an employee added to the resource team on a specific project or sub project, these projects and sub projects can easily be populated into your timesheets. Additionally, you will also be able to see the number of hours planned for you and allowing you to track them to your actual progress


Let's see how this works.


  1. Firstly, click on Capture in the main menu and open the Time tab.


  2. To add any planned work into the timesheet, click +Add Row.


  3. Now, navigate to the Planned Projects tab where you'll find all projects and sub projects for which you have bee added as a resource. Select any or all of the available projects and sub projects and click +Add Rows.

  4. Once the selected projects and sub projects have populated into the timesheet, hover over any of the entries so that the set of icons appears to the right.

  5. To see the number of hours assigned to you, click on the traffic light icon.

  6. The pop up window will then communicate the number of hours assigned to you for that project and sub project next to the Budget, while the actual hours you've spent on it thus far will reflect next to Actual.

  7. From here, you can complete and submit your timesheet as usual.
