Terminated employees can be removed from the staff list in Fresh Projects when they are no longer part of the company. This will archive their saved data, allowing you access it to it at any time.


Terminating an employee can be done in the following way:

  1. Go to the settings cog and select Employees from the drop-down list.

  2. Select the relevant employee by clicking "edit" next to their name.
  3. Navigate to the General tab, open the drop-down next to Status and set it to Terminated.

  4. Lastly, click Save & Close before exiting.
